Welcome to the Pre-Adoptive Services (PAS) blog! PAS is just one part of the Alabama Pre/Post Adoption Connections (APAC) program. We are here to support Alabama familes who are gathering information about adopting children who are in DHR custody and awaiting a forever family. We also offer adoption orientations and GPS classes to families who are ready to begin the process of becoming licensed adoptive parents in Alabama.
